Cancellation Policy: 
Lumi Aesthetics requires a deposit made at the time of appointment scheduling. All deposits are nonrefundable. If you reschedule more than 48-hours before your appointment, your deposit will transfer over to your rescheduled appointment. We also require a valid credit card information to be kept in your profile, which can be used on your transactions and will be charged in case of no show or reschedule in less than 48-hours of advance.
• Lumi Aesthetics requires at least 48-hour notice of cancellation for all previously booked appointments. We value our patients’ time and ask our patients to notify us of any changes to plans at their earliest convenience, via e-mail, phone call to (617)481-4466 or text message to (617)591-5687.
We hold appointments (including provider and treatment room) specifically for each patient, so we ask that if you cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us 48-hour notice. This way, our team of professional will be able to adjust their schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate patients on our waiting list.
As a courtesy to our patients, our system sends text message and/or email 72-hours prior to your appointment to confirm. Please understand that is YOUR responsibility to remember your appointment date and times in order to avoid missed appointment and cancellation fees.
We understand things come up at all hours of the day. We accept after hours calls leaving a voice message or texts as formal notice within the time frame prior to your appointment. (Calling without leaving a voice message is NOT considered a formal notice).

All three forms of communication are considered formal notice and are allowed during our open and closed hours to notify us of a need to cancel or move your appointment. Any other form won't be considered a formal notice and you will be charged.
• In case of “no show” or appointment reschedule in less than 48-hour in advance you will be charged 100% of service amount to the credit card on file. For an Injectable (neurotoxin and fillers) appointment you will be charged $100 (one hundred dollars). For a Follow up appointment the no show/reschedule within less than 48-hours fee is $100 (one hundred dollars). No exceptions, no excuses. To schedule future appointments, we will require pre-payment in full of service.
• Our Saturday availability is limited and we have a special policy for Saturdays: All Saturday appointments have to be paid in full at the time of scheduling. No Saturday appointments can be rescheduled, no exceptions. By booking on Saturdays you agree to our Saturday Policy.
Please understand that when you make multiple appointments in one day, multiple rooms, staff members, and schedule blocks may be reserved for you. Please do not book an appointment for a time when you are in a rush. Any part of a booked service cancelled will be charged in full. Please only schedule multiple services in one day if you have enough time for all services.

Safety Policy:
Please be advised that due to safety concerns, patient information protection regulations, fire code regulations and insurance purposes, strict adherence to the below rules is required from all patients at Lumi Aesthetics:
• We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 during your visit. Children may not be left unattended under ANY circumstances, so we ask that you make prior accommodations for child care.
• Pets are not allowed at Lumi Aesthetics unless they are a certified medical service animal with proof of documentation
• Please bring no more than one person to accompany you to the office visit as fire department limits the number of persons permitted on the premises and we must reserve spaces for patients receiving treatment.
• To protect your private information, we ask you to refrain from talking on the phone while at the clinic.

Late Policy: 
Patients coming in more than 15 minutes late for his/her appointment may receive a shortened service in order to accommodate appointments following theirs or may be asked to reschedule the appointment. This policy is being implemented to help alleviate the burden off of staff from running behind schedule. Lumi Aesthetics thrives to do our very best to be available to all of our valuable patients.

Payment Policy: 
Payments are due at the time of visit upon check-out. Patients that do not make his/her payment for any reason will be reminded and informed that the payment will need to be paid in person or over the phone. The patient will not be allowed to reschedule their visit if payment has not been made towards decreasing the balance owed.
Any remaining balance at the end of treatment will be charged to patient’s payment method on file.
Any accounts that are 90 days overdue, will be sent automatically to collections.

Refund Policy:
All services and packages purchased are non-transferable and non- refundable.
Packages and specials have different expiration dates, check at the time of purchase. It is the patient's responsibility to use their package/specials under the timeframe. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded.
 
At Lumi Aesthetics we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that patients understand and accept this condition. Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original packaging, and may be exchanged for product or gift certificate. Gift certificates and gift cards bought in store or online are non- refundable and have a 5 year expiration date.
